Cloudy Skies and Rain Forecast Across the Philippines as ITCZ and Easterlies Collide

PAGASA reported that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) along with the easterly winds are predicted to cause rainfall across the nation on Wednesday.

In their 4 a.m. update, they stated that Mindanao and Palawan will experience overcast conditions along with occasional rain showers and thunderstorms due to the influence of the ITCZ.

The easterly winds will bring about cloudy conditions along with intermittent rainfall and thunderstorms in Eastern Samar.

Partly cloudy to overcast conditions with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms are expected across Metro Manila and the nation's other areas because of the influence from easterly winds.

By 2 a.m., PAGASA reported that the low-pressure system under observation outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility has only a minimal probability of developing into a tropical depression over the following 24 hours.
