
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) reported on Tuesday that nobody managed to pass the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Exam for Certified Plant Mechanics.
The PRC mentioned that the exam took place from June 6-8, 2025, at test centers located in the Middle East, Singapore, and Taiwan.

The PRC mentioned that the Board of Mechanical Engineering is headed by its Chairperson Engr. Rodolfo Tablante along with its members Engr. Manuel Paulino and Engr. Ramon Solis.
At the same time, 20 out of 74 candidates who took the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Mechanical Engineers managed to pass.

The PRC mentioned that SPLEs, initiated in 1997, enhance the employability and competitiveness of qualified overseas Filipino workers, stating that "it significantly strengthens their advantage in the job market."
