It seems Matheus Cunha has indicated the conclusion of his stint. Wolves carried forward presents to two teammates; the Brazilian is poised to join Man United in a £62.5million move.
Cunha has accepted the conditions of a five-year deal with the possibility of extending it by another year. He might head to Manchester for a medical examination later this week after United formally reach out to Wolves.
Nevertheless, United have not yet triggered the clause in Cunha's agreement, which needs to be paid in three installments of £20.85 million over two years.
Cunha's Brazilian teammates Joao Gomes and Andre shared on social media that they received Rolex watches from the departing striker as a parting gift, along with what seemed like a farewell message.
'Thank you for every moment, you'll always have a place in my heart,' Cunha penned to Gomes.
‘I will always be in love with you and your family. I love you.'

Gomes posted the picture of the Rolex box along with Cunha's message on social media.
“I assured us won’t get relegated and he pledged a Rolex!! True to his word,” Gomes penned.
'This holds great value! More so than any prize or championship, genuine friendship stands tall. Love ya, my big buddy; straightforwardly speaking. Appreciate all you've done, my pal.'
Gomes also shared video clips showing Andre finding his Rolex in the Wolves dressing room prior to hugging Cunha.
"He became part of our deal, and getting an extra share is only fair. @andre Love you, bro," Gomes commented.
Andre also posted an image of himself getting ready for practice alongside Cunha throughout the season.
I am confident that you will excel wherever you go, my friend," Andre penned. "May God bless you and your loved ones as you journey forth.
At the conclusion of the season, Cunha penned a message to Wolves supporters expressing his gratitude for their backing.

'Cunha penned, 'Wolves, how do I even describe this? What an astounding season.'
'We might not have reached your desired destination, but we put in our best effort to make you feel proud of us. I cherish these fellows.'
'On an individual level, it was the most outstanding season of my career. Everything achieved here was solely due to the commitment and affection I hold for this club.'
'I became the Brazilian with the most goals in a Premier League season, along with Roberto Firmino and Gabriel Martinelli.
'I erred at times and also succeeded, yet all of it was due to how deeply I embraced this club.'
'I always dreamed of achieving the unthinkable for Wolves. One more journey has come to an end. Thank you everyone for your love and support.'
Manchester United aims to finalize a transfer for the 25-year-old Brazilian player by the end of May, signaling the beginning of an anticipated active period of transfers at Old Trafford this summer.
It’s probable that Cunha will receive the No. 10 jersey, which is presently worn by Marcus Rashford and slated to depart from Old Trafford following his loan period at Aston Villa.

Manchester United are similarly showing interest in Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo, along with securing Cunha.
Manager Thomas Frank acknowledged over the weekend that Brentford is open to considering offers for Mbuemo, aged 25, with his price tag estimated at approximately £50 million along with additional terms.
Manchester United are also looking for a center-forward, however, it seems that Chelsea has taken the lead in the pursuit of their top choice, Liam Delap. He could be transferred from Ipswich for £30 million.
Manchester United will have to offload players this summer following their failure to secure a place in the UEFA Champions League, which would typically bring in an additional £100 million.
They arrived in Kuala Lumpur on Monday as part of a post-season tour that will generate £8 million for the team.
