Graham mentioned that the attention would now turn to a different family, and proceeded to talk about the victim Katie’s relatives, offering an angle not covered in the Netflix series.


'Logically so, if we were a typical drama, you would view it through Katie’s eyes and witness the consequences for her family,' Graham stated.
'However, I thought we would've noticed something like that. We've encountered similar situations quite often before. This particular aspect seems new though.'
He went on: “My aim was to ensure that Jamie did not grow up in a home environment where the mother struggled with alcoholism, or the father exhibited violence, or worse, had experienced abuse at the hands of one of his uncles.”

'No offense intended, but these are common occurrences in typical dramas that make sense. My aim was to stir things up a bit and explore what else might be discovered.'
Graham mentioned that although he would be eager to proceed with another season, he realizes that the show might not continue. might not achieve such massive success .
“That happens only once in a lifetime,” he remarked. “We perfectly aligned with the spirit of the times. You've created something that has spread globally. Can you believe it? Number one in Brazil? Number one in Saudi Arabia?”
